What are your prices/rates?

We always recommend filling out the inquiry page so we are able to review all your information and give you a more accurate quote. Prices differ from needs/wants and location

What areas do you service?

We service Nanaimo, Ladysmith, Cassidy, Cedar, Yellowpoint, Extension, Chase River, (all parts of Nanaimo) Lantzville, Nanoose Bay, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Chemainus. It’s possible we can make a day for other areas as well depending on the interest.

What are your hours?

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm.
Saturday-Sunday 9:00am-4pm

For our commercial clients, and special circumstances, we work outside of these hours. Early mornings, late nights, etc.

What services do you offer?

We offer residential cleaning, VRBO/AirBnb turnover cleaning services, organizing/decluttering services, commercial, office, business cleaning, post construction/new build cleaning, and move in/out cleans. Let us know if you’re looking for something I haven’t listed, and I’ll see what we can do.

Do you bring all supplies?

Yes, we bring all supplies needed to finish the job. Let us know if you’d prefer us to use anything of yours.

What products do you use?

We use biodegradable and non toxic cleaners from The Soap Exchange as well as vinegar, windex, blue dawn dish soap, baking soda, Bar Keepers Friend, enzyme cleaner when needed, and Weimans for stovetop cleaning and stainless steel.

Do I need to be home? How do we arrange entry?

You do not need to be home for us to clean. Typically it’s easier that way. But if you are home, we’ll work around you! For entry, please leave a key somewhere for your cleaners, or provide a door or garage code if you will not be home.

We are fully insured, bonded, licensed, registered, and covered under WorkSafeBC. All of our staff have clear criminal record checks.

We use spin mops, and Miele vacuums equipped with bags and HEPA filters.

At each home, fresh cleaning rags and a mop head are used.
